Jamie Groves leads Indian Rocks Eats with a heart for hospitality and a passion for people. Jamie brings both creativity and compassion to every table she sets. Her love for cooking was born in the kitchen with family, but her calling became clear as she began using food to build community and bless others.
Driven by a vision of Passion and Purpose, Jamie’s leadership goes beyond menus and meal prep—she sees every dish as a chance to serve and connect. Whether she’s hosting an elegant dinner or coordinating meals for families in need, Jamie’s mission is the same: to create experiences that nourish both body and soul.
With a team-first mindset and a deep commitment to excellence, Jamie continues to grow the impact of Indian Rocks Eats, making it a place where hospitality isn’t just a service—it’s a mission with purpose.

Korie’s love for food started at a young age and has only grown stronger over the years. Meet Executive Chef Madison Read
Madison discovered her love for cooking 14 years ago and since then, she has fully immersed herself in the culinary world. She pursued her passion by obtaining a degree in culinary arts from the Art Institute of America in Tampa. Madison is known for her modern, creative, nutritious, and fresh dishes. She takes great pleasure in sharing the joy of cooking with others. By using high-quality and fresh ingredients, Madison brings passion and excitement to the kitchen.
Meet Chef Reyna
Reyna Parsons, whose name means “Queen” in English, brings the vibrant flavors of her Dominican heritage to every dish she creates at Indian Rocks Eats. Specializing in Latin cuisine, Reyna’s culinary expertise shines through traditional favorites like “La Bandera Dominicana” and her signature Latin-style rice. She masterfully infuses her cooking with authenticity and soul, crafting meals that evoke warmth, comfort, and cultural pride. With a regal touch and a deep love for her roots, Reyna continues to reign in the kitchen, delighting guests with every bite.

Nicholas Meier, known as Nic, is a fresh face in the culinary world with a hunger to learn and grow. His passion for cooking and eagerness to improve make him a true sponge—soaking up every opportunity to expand his skills. Nic’s infectious enthusiasm and willingness to serve inspire the team to embrace challenges and view the unknown as an exciting opportunity. Known for his signature phrase, “Let’s go!”, Nic brings energy, drive, and heart to our sous chef team, making him an invaluable part of the kitchen.

Adam Bowman is a true jack of all trades in the kitchen, bringing energy, creativity, and a deep love for pizza to everything he does at IR Eats. His passion has made him an invaluable part of the team, especially as the driving force behind the IR Eats pizza division. What truly sets Adam apart is his drive to “fill in the gap.” Whether he’s running the grill, jumping into prep, or supporting his fellow sous chefs, Adam is always ready to step in wherever he’s needed. His versatility and team-first mindset make him an essential part of what makes IR Eats so special.

After 25 years behind the chair as a hairstylist, Nycole Beckwith has always had a flair for creativity and connection. She’s worked behind the scenes at hair shows, owned her own salon, and built a career centered on making people feel their best. Now, she’s bringing that same passion to the café world—crafting everything from rich lattes to refreshing smoothies and energizing protein shakes. As our café manager, she’s pouring her heart into creating a space where everyone feels welcomed, seen, and well-caffeinated!
